iPad Pro 2018. SERIOUS PROBLEMS Reported by Customers

iPad Pro 2018 screen problems

Released at the end of last year, iPad Pro 2018 tablets of the Apple company are starting to have serious problems reported by customers, and below you can see a demonstration of them. More precisely, you can see below that the main problems are based on the screen's refusal to interpret touches, lag during scrolling, or the refusal to interpret certain gestures.

iPad Pro 2018 are those tablets that Apple sells directly bent, but it seems the screens aren't all that great either, which will prove to be a huge problem. The number of customers complaining about the fact that iPad Pro 2018 tablets have problems is increasing day by day, and Apple hasn't said a word about it yet.

iPad Pro 2018. SERIOUS PROBLEMS Reported by Customers

The problems with the iPad Pro 2018 tablets appeared, for some customers, right from the moment they bought the units from the Apple company, some being even the very expensive versions, with 1 TB of storage space. There are also customers with iPad Pro 2016 or 2017 tablets who report similar problems after the latest iOS updates, but there doesn't seem to be a clear rule.

I bought a new 12.9″ iPad pro on the first available day last Wednesday. The o, k, and to a lesser extent i and j keys on the on-screen software keyboard consistently recognized touch with a click and change in color of the key but the letter would often not appear in any program. For one in particular, it often required several attempts to make the letter register. Spent time on the phone with apple and they didn't have a solution. A full restore to factory settings didn't help. I returned it to the store today and picked up a new 12.9″ iPad pro. Brought it home and this one is worse.

Some of the customers noticed that the problems occur when the Apple Pencil is connected to the tablets, others even without it, and Apple replaces the affected units with new ones that are equally affected. For now, those from Apple have not officially recognized that there is a problem with iPad Pro 2018 tablets, or the older ones, and they probably won't do so officially either.
