The Europeans Launch new SERIOUS Accusations AGAINST Windows 10

Windows 10 it is the most popular operating system for computers in the whole world, but that does not mean that it is without problems, and the Europeans are again launching serious accusations against those from Microsoft. More precisely, in 2018, a Dutch institution specialized in protecting consumer data discovered serious problems in Windows 10 that allowed Microsoft to take user data without the latter knowing it.

Windows 10 had some of those problems solved by the Microsoft company, but it turns out that new ones have appeared that have a similar effect, and that raise a lot of question marks regarding the credibility of the software. Although those from Microsoft stopped the automatic collection of certain data of those who use Windows 10, it seems that they started systems that collect other data of them, and the Dutch asked the Irish to make checks.

If both institutions will reach the same conclusion, then it is quite clear that there are serious problems in Windows 10 in terms of protecting the privacy of users' data, Microsoft having big problems. The Dutch do not say clearly what kind of data are now taken by Microsoft from Windows 10 without people knowing, but they recommend a very careful analysis of the settings regarding the sending of information to the company's servers.

"A subsequent check of the Dutch DPA showed that the changes resulted in improvements. Microsoft has respected the agreements made. However, check also brought to light that Microsoft remotely collects other data from users. As a result, Microsoft can still violate privacy rules.”

Of course, this does not help the situation much, and Windows 10 could even collect very sensitive information from computers without people knowing, and without them having a clear explanation offered to protect themselves. However, if the Irish reach the same conclusion as the Dutch, then we might also see some sanctions imposed against Microsoft for what it does in Windows 10, and that would not necessarily be bad.

Windows 10 is used on hundreds of millions of computers around the world at the moment, so these problems affect an extremely large number of users globally.
