iOS 13.1.3 brings two new very big problems for Apple's iPhone phones, and that's because in Cupertino no one is trying to solve the existing ones, and that affects many customers. After the release of iOS 13.1.3, more and more iPhone users around the world began to complain that both normal and wireless charging stopped working for them.
iOS 13.1.3 has the biggest problems with the wireless charging system, which generates the most complaints from users, who reported a large number of problems to Apple. According to people who have iPhones with wireless charging, after installing iOS 13.1.3, it suddenly stops working, even though the wireless chargers could be used without problems with other phones.
iOS 13.1.3 brings TWO very BIG New PROBLEMS to the iPhone
Why do I have to restart my new one #iphone 11 Pro Max daily in order for wireless charging to work? @Apple @AppleSupport

iOS 13.1.3 may have temporarily solved the problem with wireless charging by simply restarting iPhones, but this is not a solution for everyone, and it does not permanently solve this very annoying bug. Apple does not yet have any explanation for the existence of these problems in iOS 13.1.3, and of course it has no solutions for customers, who have to wait for the release of iOS 13.2 to hope that things will return to normal for them.
@AppleSupport I updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 13.1.3. I can no longer check or update the Mail app, have issues charging my phone, the battery won't hold a charge even though it's brand new (recently replaced by Apple store). Can I undo the IOS install? My iPhone's useless as is

iOS 13.1.3 also has problems with standard wired charging, but in this situation there are fewer complaints from users, this problem being much more serious than the one for wireless charging. Of course, this problem should not exist for iOS 13.1.3 either, but with so many problems for Apple's operating system, no one should be surprised when something like this appears.
Update my iOS on my iPhone. Now the battery goes down about 30x faster. Now it's not charging at all. Cheers @Apple. Any suggestions @AppleSupport?

iOS 13.1.3 will be replaced by iOS 13.2 most likely next week, so all those who have problems of this kind should have them solved very soon, so a little more patience is needed.
