UBER integrated in this change two new functions that, on the one hand, display in a much more transparent way the arrival times for the cars, but also the possibility to translate the texts in the communication with the driver. You can see in the first image how the UBER application now displays the information regarding the time when a driver is going to arrive at the destination, the modification not being a colossal one, but any improvement is welcome, in the end.

UBER makes a much more important change with the function that allows the translation of messages sent by drivers and customers, the company here using the Google Translate system for translation. There are situations where a customer requests an UBER ride in a foreign country, whose local language he does not know, and communication with the driver can be greatly improved thanks to this function, in certain situations the inability to communicate is an obstacle in finding the car and running the race.
UBER says that over 100 languages from around the world are supported by this new function implemented in the application, until now the translations were automatically made in the language chosen by the driver. The new function also allows viewing the message in the original version, and if the driver, or the customer, knows the language in which the communication is initiated, then the communication could be better, Google Translate being known to be imperfect for performing translations.
UBER has launched the function for yesterday's translations worldwide, while the function regarding the transparency of the times for reaching the destination of the cars will be distributed globally in the coming days.
