iOS 14 could bring us new functions for iMessage from the Apple company, the Americans having some very interesting news in testing that could also be offered in the application for macOS, but for now there is no evidence to support this.
iOS 14 could initially implement the mentions that we see in the WhatsApp application in the case of groups, or that are offered by the Slack application, they are generally used by social networks around the world.
iMessage could have in iOS 14 including a new special function that will allow the withdrawal of messages sent by users, just as WhatsApp also allows us, the idea itself being appreciated by the users of this application, it can seriously improve the user experience.
iOS 14 would also bring animations that tell us when someone writes in a group conversation, the possibility to mark the messages in them as unread, and an option that would allow expanding the ability to share statuses.

Apart from the news for iOS 14, it seems that Apple would also like to make a Catalyst version of the Messages application for macOS, but for now there are not many details about how everything should work after the release.
