Google hundreds of millions of dollars coronavirus

Google made an unprecedented decision, and decided to allocate no less than 800 million dollars, in various forms, to support the fight against the Coronavirus worldwide, this being the largest amount that any company allocates until now.

Google allocates this money in the form of credits for the promotion of official information on the Coronavirus, support for medical equipment manufacturers, software development for correct information, and not only that.

Google offers the WHO, but also over 100 other government agencies, credits worth 250 million dollars to promote in Search and Adsense real information about the Coronavirus, all in order to combat false information.

Google had already offered loans of 25 million dollars last month, but increased the amount 10 hours ago, and is offering another 200 million dollars for NGOs and financial institutions that help small businesses to access loans to help them in this the critical period.

“Credit notices will appear in Google Ads accounts and can be used at any time until the end of 2020 on our advertising platforms. We hope it will help reduce the costs of staying in touch with their customers. We are working with our supplier and long-time partner Magid Glove & Safety with the goal of ramping up production of 2-3 million face masks in the coming weeks to be provided to the CDC Foundation.”

Google allocates another 340 million dollars to SMBs in the form of advertising credits, if they had an active account in the last year, plus another 20 million in the form of credits for Google Cloud, which can be used by educational institutions.

Google is trying to support the fight against the Coronavirus in any way it can, and makes all its services available to those who really want to fight this dangerous virus that infects more and more people every day.
