Apple is investigating a very serious problem discovered in the iOS operating system for a very long time, but revealed only recently by computer security researchers, it being until now completely unknown to the American company.
We are talking about a vulnerability for the Mail application in iOS that allows it to be fully exploited, together with iDevices, and the exploits used can be included in a simple email sent to the victim, the device being hacked right when it is opened.
The problem itself is a very serious one because everything is done automatically by simply opening an email, and those from Apple have announced that they will investigate the situation, without confirming that they know about the existence of the problem, so it remains to be seen what exactly will happen in continuation.
So far there has not been 100% clear evidence as to how the exploitation can be done, so everything remains only theoretical, so it remains to be seen how things will unfold now that Apple has started to look closely at the problem .
