Netflix is at the center of a last-minute announcement that concerns subscribers from many countries, and this comes as very good news, because they have been waiting for this change for some time. I told you the other day that Netflix has already started to return to normal the streaming quality for movies and series that can be seen in Germany, and now it seems that the change has been extended to other countries in Europe, and soon it will be extended to all.
Netflix took the decision to limit the quality of the streams played for customers from all over Europe in an attempt to reduce the level of congestion of the internet networks, the modification being a substantial one. So far there are confirmations from Norway, Denmark, Germany, plus several other European countries, Netflix subscribers from all confirming the fact that they can now stream at the normal quality they expected from the platform, and for which they pay as they go.

Netflix it plays again the 4K HDR content at a bitrate of 15 Mbps, and this after until today it limited the bitrate for 4K atreams to only 1 Mbps, without reducing the playback resolution. The change is still not one that is applied on a large scale at the moment, and it is because there are still devices on which there are limitations for playing movies and series at maximum resolution, and here we are talking about some newer TV models, which it seems that they are still limited.
Netflix will undoubtedly change the quality for these devices as well, including in other countries where for now there is no possibility to see movies, series, documentaries at the desired quality. Considering that the changes have started to be implemented these days by the American company, it is assumed that they will be propagated throughout Europe in the following days, and if you don't see them in Romania yet, you should see them soon.
