iOS 14, in the first beta version, is compared today with iOS 13.5.1 to show us what kind of performance it offers for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch users, although for now it is premature to be able to draw a conclusion about the way which will behave the final version of the operating system.
iOS 14 doesn't perform better than iOS 13.5.1, which is normal, and that's because it's only the first beta version of the new major update this fall, so the experience should be greatly improved by then, but what we see now is gratifying.
iOS 14 will be released by Apple, most likely, somewhere around the end of September, or beginning of October, the annual release "schedule" being "turned upside down" by the Coronavirus pandemic.
