Planet Mars: The HUGE Discovery That Surprises Mankind

The planet Mars is at the center of a huge new discovery made by scientists, this is how they surprised all of humanity with the announcement made.

Planet Mars underground

Planet Mars is again at the center of a very important discovery, and this is because scientists have noticed something there that has not been seen before, and which can be of huge importance. Specifically, scientists have discovered what appear to be lakes of salt water hiding beneath the surface of the planet Mars, and they believe that life could exist there, regardless of what form it would be discovered in detailed research.

Planet Mars Italian researchers discovered a lake with a diameter of 20-30 kilometers two years ago, but expanding the analysis around it, they discovered smaller ones, full of salt water. The discovery was made by scientists from Rome, Italy, who based their investigations on sonar scans made on the surface of the planet Mars by the Mars Orbiter spacecraft, sent there by the European Space Agency.

Planet Mars: The HUGE Discovery That Surprises Mankind

Planet Mars life has not been discovered until now, despite all the detailed and long searches of the researchers, but it seems that there are chances that it is hidden there, or at least that is what the researchers suggest. Of course, a very thorough analysis done on the spot is needed for a clear confirmation of the existence of life to come from scientists, but there are good chances that life really exists on the planet Mars.

"A network of salty ponds could be gurgling under the south pole of Mars, alongside a large subterranean lake, raising the prospect of tiny, swimming Martian life. All this potential water increases the possibility of microbial life on — or inside — Mars. Scientists noted that high concentrations of salt likely keep the water from freezing in this cold location. The surface temperature at the South Pole is estimated at minus 172F (minus 113C) and gets progressively warmer with depth.”

Planet Mars 4 billion years ago, it would have had a climate similar to that of the Earth, and it is not excluded that then there was life in various forms there, and this is where the researchers who made these analyzes started. They hope that on the planet Mars they will be able to discover even more evidence of the fact that there is life, but for now the data are few, and without people on the ground to make detailed analyses, clear conclusions cannot be drawn.

Planet Mars will have astronauts sent by NASA sometime after 2030, so then we should also find out answers to many of the questions that have kept scientists busy for several decades.
