More precisely, scientists managed to discover new details regarding the oldest and tectonically deformed regions on the planet Venus, these being found at higher altitudes than the lava plains that stretch across the entire planet.

The problem is that not enough information has come from the planet Venus regarding everything that exists on its surface, so scientists need more data to find out the origin of these "terraces".
