Facebook has officially presented a stunning new bracelet that is thought for future interfaces of augmented reality, and the interaction with smart glasses that project in front of us interfaces that we can interact with, apparently using the wrist.
Facebook uses electromyography, EMG, to perceive subtle neural signals and transform them into actions such as typing, swiping, or even playing certain simple games, the bracelets also offer tactile response, i.e. vibrations that are meant to make the user experience closer of reality.
Facebook could even follow the electrical signals sent by the brain to the hand and fingers while we do various actions, and in the future it will probably even be able to read our thoughts to be able to control various actions without actually moving anything.
