The Romanian government updated today the list of countries with high epidemiological risk, and Bulgaria has entered the yellow zone, so anyone who goes to visit there will have to enter quarantine on their return if they are not vaccinated, or have not recently been through the disease.
The Romanian government says that Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the Bahamas and several other countries entered the red zone, while Serbia, Albania, Slovenia, Japan, and several other countries from around the world also entered the yellow zone, so you now know what exactly you have to be careful.
