2.5 million vaccination certificates were issued until September 7, 2021 by the authorities in Romania, almost 95% of them being made to confirm the vaccination of people, while the rest were issued by Romanians tested, or cured after infection.
The trend regarding the issuance of vaccination certificates is an increasing one, and their issuance was most likely based on travel abroad, in the vast majority of cases, and this is because in Romania they are not exactly useful at the moment.
"First of all, some issues related to the European digital certificate for COVID. As of September 7, 2.405.801 certificates have been generated. Broadly speaking, the report up to now is maintained, namely 94,45% of these certificates are to attest to vaccination."
