The Minister of Health officially confirms a very important order for millions of Romanians throughout the country, and this is because it will bring a series of changes with an impact throughout the country, and below you can see the decision made regarding the rules for establishing, maintaining day of use of the Nomenclature for medicines, and not only that.
The Minister of Health also talks below about what kind of medicines, serums, vaccines, disinfectants, etc. it is about, and this order will apply throughout Romania after it comes into force, as it has currently gone through the transparency process decision-making which may also involve changes, if necessary.
"Order regarding the amendment and completion of the Order of the Minister of Health no. 1033/2011 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the establishment, preservation and use of the Reserve of the Ministry of Health and the Nomenclature of medicines, serums, vaccines, disinfectants, insecticides, medical devices and other specific materials.
Seeing the approval Report of the General Directorate of Medical Assistance, taking into account the provisions of art. 41 paragraph (1) of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, ibased on the provisions of article 7 paragraph (4) of Government Decision no. 144/2010 regarding the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Minister of Health issues the following order.
Order of the Minister of Health no. 1033/2011 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the establishment, preservation and use of the Reserve of the Ministry of Health and the Nomenclature of medicines, serums, vaccines, disinfectants, insecticides, medical devices and other specific materials, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 423 of June 16, 2011, with subsequent amendments and additions, is amended and supplemented as follows.
Article 4 is amended and will have the following content: "Art. 4 - The reserve is included in the budget of the Ministry of Health, under the title "Goods and services", with the source of financing from the state budget". In Appendix no. 2 – The nomenclature of medicines, serums, vaccines, disinfectants, insecticides, medical devices and other specific materials, after point 166, 2 new points are inserted: points 1661 and 1662, with the following content: HUMAN ANTI-RABIS IMMUNOGLOBULIN ml, sol. inj., 150 IU/ml, bottle, 150; ABE BOTULINE ANTITOXIN, ml, sol. injection, 500 IU+500 IU+100 IU /ml, Box with 1 ampoule x 10 ml sol. enj. 100.
The specialized departments within the Ministry of Health, the county public health departments and the Bucharest municipality, as well as the storage units will carry out the provisions of this order. This order is published in the Official Monitor of Romania, Part I."
