DIGI Romania remains one of the largest Romanian telecommunications groups in Romania at the present time, the company owned by the businessman Zoltán Teszári having over 10 million customers only in our country, plus a few million more in other countries in Europe, with the higher numbers recorded in Spain.
DIGI Romania, according to the official information provided by ANCOM, managed in the first 4 months of 2023 to attract by porting no less than 317.739 mobile phones, plus a few thousand more on the landline side, quite close to half of the total figure registered in 2022, i.e. approximately 780.000 numbers.
DIGI Romania could reach half of the portings of 2022 in May, if this month the portings in the network will be at least as good as those of the previous months, and thus RCS & RDS could head for a new record in 2023 of goalkeepers in its own network, with high chances of exceeding the barrier of 800.000 goalkeepers.
At the basis of these important achievements that the people from DIGI are making at the moment are the constant network porting campaigns, with many months with a 50% discount for landline or mobile telephony services, the prices being much, much, more lower than those currently offered by other telecommunications companies.
DIGI has surpassed its competition by far with the figures it records in terms of goalkeepers, and this is because no other company can compete with its prices, but of course the quality of services is clearly inferior compared to what it offers. Vodafone, Telekom, or Orange, and many people know this.
