EON Official Plan IMPORTANT Decisions Announced to MILLIONS of Romanians

E.ON has officially announced, through the voice of its general director Claudia Griech, about the extremely important official plan, which will bring a series of changes in Romania for millions of customers throughout the country, and this is because by 2024 the energy company wants to install another 60 fast charging points of 150 kWh.

E.ON says that these 150 kWh fast charging points will be useful for electric cars that have large capacity batteries, and this is because thanks to them, the cars will be able to charge much faster than in the case of a lower power charger , which of course is excellent news for Romanians.

According to those from E.ON Romania, Baia Mare, Suceava, Targu Mures, Iasi, Brasov, Bucharest, or Constanta, there will be areas where, and between which, dozens of ultra-fast charging points for electric cars will be installed, or hybrid, so that Romanians can enjoy very fast charging of their cars.

E.ON Romania says that there are 3.000 public charging points in Romania, and over 800 of them belong to the company and Renovatio, so almost a third, but the group wants to invest another 20 million LEI in the coming years to expand the network and more, covering larger surfaces.

By 2024, E.ON will install 60 more 150 kWh ultra-fast charging points for electric cars, which have a charging time of between 20 and 40 minutes. About as long as a coffee break on the way to any holiday destination you choose to visit this summer in Romania. From Baia Mare, Suceava, Târgu Mureș, Iași, Brașov and Bucharest to the sea, you can find dozens of charging points where you can stop if you choose to travel with electric or hybrid cars.

Of the approximately 3.000 public charging points in Romania, over 800 belong to E.ON and Renovatio. And we don't stop there! In the next three years, E.ON plans to invest more than 20 million lei in the network of public stations, both from its own funds and from European funds.
