At least that's what Comex claims in one of its tweets. More precisely, the new untethered jailbreak solution that comex will launch in the near future could be installed right from Cydia like any other application, so there will be no need to perform a new restore/jailbreak. Of course, at the moment comex is struggling to make the payload that will be loaded into iOS and will jailbreak, and the release date remains unknown, but this I knew already since yesterday.
Until then, if you have a Mac you can sign up to the Dev Team to test the backup version of the untethered jailbreak solution.
