iPhone 5 vs iPhone 4S – comparison of USB ports

I told you in the morning that the new iPhone 5 it could have an 8 pin connector port and not a 19-pin one as initially thought, and in the image above you can compare the difference between the 30-pin USB port available in the iPhone 4S and the one that follows to be available in the future iPhone 5. Note that we are talking about a very important change that allows Apple to move the audio port to the base of the terminal and increase the size of the speaker/microphone, but it remains to be seen if everything is real.

If you look carefully at the port, you will notice that it also has a ring inside, and that ring is connected to the rumors that said that Apple will make this port compatible with the MagSafe standard, a standard available in Macs, a standard that would allow us to connect a cable to the iPhone regardless of its orientation.
