Unlock iOS6 Maps activates the 3D FlyOver module in all iDevices running iOS 6

Each important version of iOS usually brings new, important functions, which unfortunately do not work on all iDevices of the company. This year Apple launched a new application Maps, but not all its functions are available on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 or other devices. I am referring here only to the function 3D FlyOver which allows us to view 3D photo images of cities filmed by Apple, the system requiring quite a lot of resources to run without problems. Although Apple does not offer users the opportunity to use this system, a tweak released today and named Unlock iOS6 Maps activate the 3D FlyOver module.

Enable 3D and Navigation features on all devices in iOS 6.0's new Maps app. Warning: May reduce performance. There are no options to configure, and no screenshots for this item.

The tweak is only necessary on iPhone 3GS/4 and iPod Touch 4G, the rest of the iDevices can use the system without problems. Activating the 3D FlyOver module and using it could significantly reduce the performance of your iDevice and the only way to disable it involves uninstalling it through Cydia. Unlock iOS6 Maps is available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repo.
