To the same extent the rest of the applications available for iOS 8 they won't crash anymore, but this update doesn't really solve all the problems that some tweaks keep causing for our iDevices, with some iDevices refusing to turn on because of them.
Jailbreak iOS 8.1 prevents your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch from restarting if you have incompatible or partially compatible tweaks installed on it, and the program Pangu has nothing to do with this. To restart a terminal that refuses to boot you'll need to hold down the volume up button during the boot process, but this trick won't work if the problem isn't caused by some tweak but some other operating system incompatibility, so don't rely 100% on it.
After starting your terminals you will need to uninstall all the tweaks from your terminals and then install them one by one with reinstalling the terminals each time to find out which ones are causing the problems.
