Facebook will make live video broadcasts thanks to an update that the American company is preparing for us, trying to offer users a functionality similar to those created by meerkat or Periscope for iDevice owners and not only.
In the attached image you have proof of the fact that an application Facebook with integrated live video is to be launched by the Facebook company, for now the function is being tested with a limited group of users in order to implement it in the official version of the application that will be offered to the general public this year.
According to the information available now, the new live video function on Facebook will display the LIVE stream recorded by us directly on our profile page, the option to add tags for the people visible in the feed being also available.
The video feed will appear exactly like any other post that we publish on the social network, so anyone will be able to view our stream, but there will probably be options available to restrict access only to friends or certain people .
For now, it is not known when exactly the new live video function for Facebook will be launched, but considering that there are already popular services that offer such functionality, I don't think that Facebook will wait very long until it offers it.
