A Nexus 5X melted in my pocket

Nexus 5X topicIn the attached image you have a smartphone Google Nexus 5X which is produced by the LG company, he making it himself the hole in the casing when it's in a user's pocket, or at least that's what he claims.

The image above should stand as proof for the claims of the person in question, he stating that the terminal was not being used at that time and was not charged, he had the device for only 11 days before digging into his pocket.

Normally, problems of this kind arise from defective batteries, but usually the whole case melts, there is no hole in it, a sign that there could be a component in the middle that overheated before mice the case, the whole situation being an extremely unusual one.

Was just standing outside when I suddenly felt it heating up in my pocket, took it out super confused as I felt it heating up further. It then started to have a low frizzling sound and smelling extremely toxic. Then the entire phone became way too hot for me to hold and I had to put it on the ground. When I picked it up again I noticed the hole/melted plastic pictured slightly above to the right of the LG Logo as pictured.

Yesterday I told you that a iPhone 6 Plus caught fire while charging on a user's table and in the case of the Apple smartphone, it was about melting the case and removing its resistance structure, but problems of this kind are found in any smartphone.
