Apple is developing an iPhone with a 5.8-inch AMOLED screen

Company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), develop a new model of iPhone that has a 5.8 inch AMOLED screen, the size of the component being 0.3 inches larger than the one offered by the Apple company for the iPhone 6S Plus terminal sold on the market at the moment.

The information comes from partners of the Apple company who sent prototypes to those in Cupertino in order to test the future smartphone, this being the first time we hear that Apple intends to launch an iPhone with a screen larger than 5.5 inches.

I told you last week that Apple has accelerated the development process of an iPhone with an OLED screen, so that now those from Cupertino intend to bring the product to the market in 2017 and not in 2018, as was initially thought.

Samsung, Japan Display and LG Display would be Apple's main partners that should produce the new AMOLED screen for those in Cupertino, but other companies could be added to them if sales are good and production will not meet demand .

The increase in the size of the iPhone screen in 2017 would not be so surprising considering that Apple increased the screen size of its terminals once every 2 years starting with the iPhone 5, and together with this change we could have a higher resolution.

Apple's phablets have recorded good sales after their launch more than a year ago, and an iPhone with a 5.8-inch AMOLED screen could enter the market separately from the existing versions, it could also have a double camera, or other new functions.
