Because humiliation is the best way for a company to regain the trust of consumers, those from Samsung began to apologize for Galaxy Note 7. The Koreans bought advertising space in American newspapers to publish a 2-page letter explaining the Galaxy Note 7 problems and apologizing for the inconvenience caused to customers.
The letter is signed by the president of Samsung USA, who a few weeks ago made a video in which he apologized for the same problems. Then he lied to the Americans by telling them that Samsung's replacement Galaxy Note 7 terminals do not pose a risk to American customers.
Now Samsung is probably lying again and of course it never said that it offered replacement terminals without knowing the cause of the problem. How many people will still believe in Samsung after so many lies, it's hard to say, but the Koreans have to try to convince the world that their products are safe, although...
Before concluding, we must also mention the 34 types of washing machines recalled by Samsung due to safety issues, their number being approximately 2.8 million units.
