The lawyer from Apple stated that an ordinary consumer can easily tell the difference between an iPhone 6 and a Baili 100C when he sees them in stores. The court did not give any indication regarding the party in favor of which it will decide, but it will announce its decision in the next period, it being an extremely important one.
This decision will either give victory to the cause of Apple, or it will reject their claims and could extend the ban on the iPhone 6S. Digione, the company that bought Shenzhen Baili before it went bankrupt, asked to extend the initial ban to the iPhone 6S, which has an identical design to the iPhone 6, so theoretically there is a legal basis.
