iPhone turned 10 yesterday, and an American publication wanted to see how hard it is to live for a week with the product that revolutionized the smartphone industry. In this idea, they convinced a journalist to give up her iPhone 7 for an iPhone 2G for a week, and you can see the result in the video clip below, along with the whole ordeal.
We are talking about a smartphone that only works using 2G networks, which has a very poor Internet browsing speed because of these networks and which cannot run any application from the App Store. The native applications aren't much brighter either, the initial versions being rudimentary compared to what we have today, but that's how you can understand how painful it is to use a 10-year-old smartphone, which surprisingly still works.
