Electra is a solution of jailbreak which I told you about a few weeks ago, when I told you that it is trying to bring Cydia to users iOS 11 before the application developer, Saurik. For now, Electra is in full development process and is not 100% ready to offer a fully functional Cydia application, but this is being resolved.
Version 1.3 of Electra was recently released by the developer of the jailbreak solution, it has the most stable beta version of Cydia for iOS 11 to date. This version of Electra was offered to developers of tweaks for Cydia in order to allow the update of existing tweaks for the release of the final version of the application, but also of the jailbreak solution.
Electra, in the RC version, was published on the Internet by one of the tweak developers who received it for testing, but unfortunately it is not stable. If you find it somewhere and you are recommended to install Electra RC 1.3 to benefit from Cydia in iOS 11 after jailbreak, I strongly recommend you to avoid this version, because it is not stable.
Electra will be released in a final version in the next period, after it is 100% certain that it can be used by users without any functional problems. It is very possible that Electra will be released next week, it being compatible for now only with iOS 11 - iOS 11.1.2, so if you have a newer version, you will not be able to jailbreak.
