RO-ALERT: Important ANNOUNCEMENT from Raed Arafat for Telephones

RO-ALERT has a very important announcement made by Raed Arafat for mobile phones throughout Romania, here's what all Romanians need to know.

RO-ALERT phones

E-ALERT was yesterday at the center of another scandal after an extreme alert message was sent through the platform to 2.1 million people in Bucharest, although it was not necessary to warn so many people. Going over the organizational problem, although an attempt was made to send the message for the extreme alert to 2.1 million people, in reality it seems that RO-ALERT did not distribute the warning to even that many Romanians.

RO-ALERT was tested in the summer by those from IGSU to check if the system sends alert messages to the entire population, and despite the fact that people knew about the tests, they didn't really care about the situation at the time. Now some have complained that the extreme alert messages that are sent via RO-ALERT do not reach their iPhones, and Raed Arafat also came up with an explanation for this situation, although I told you the same thing some time ago thing.

RO-ALERT: Important ANNOUNCEMENT from Raed Arafat for Telephones

RO-ALERT cannot send messages to iPhones if users do not have the latest version installed, and does not activate the receipt of alerts of this kind, if it is not activated beforehand. Activation of alerts is done from Settings > Notifications, Configurations > Notifications, a slide to the bottom of the menu allowing the activation of Governmental, presidential Alerts, etc., all of which must be activated to receive messages from RO-ALERT.

"On the iPhone, one goes to notifications and goes down to where there is the Government Alerts section and where all the segments must be ticked green, not to be closed. If they are closed, messages are not received on these phones."

RO-ALERT will not send messages to iPhones if these types of alerts are not activated, so either you get rid of them completely, or you receive them from the Romanian authorities, the choice is yours, but it's good to do it. Sometimes the extreme alert messages received through RO-ALERT are very useful, and can save our lives, even if in this situation it was just an excess of zeal on the part of the authorities.

RO-ALERT is a system that can prove to be extremely useful for Romanians if it is used properly by the authorities, so we must have confidence that it can save our lives at a given moment.
