Yesterday I told you that the old cards Gevey 3G could decode the 04.11.04 baseband from iOS 5 and now I have for you a video clip in which it is demonstrated that decoding is possible. In Romania, I have so far seen a decoding on iOS 5 using a Gevey 3G card on Vodafone, but I assume it will also work on Cosmote or Vodafone. The good part is that if the decoding doesn't work, you can do it downgrade to iOS 4.3.3 and the baseband should return to the value from iOS 4.3.3 if you follow the instructions in this tutorial.
It seems that Apple will leave the exploit in the baseband of iOS 5 open for the time being and I think that in the final version it will be closed completely and only then will it be necessary for the Dev Team to come up with an unlock solution for all users by iDevices.
