Facebook – The New Button With Much Controversy

Facebook has a new button that already generates a multitude of controversies among users who use it while browsing the network.

Facebook launched a new button for social network users in the past few days, which has already generated a multitude of controversies among users. We are talking about a button Hello which the Facebook company has already added to the accounts of some users, and they have started to complain about the effect it creates after using it.

Facebook has integrated the button Hello to allow users to greet people they have not yet added as friends in the social network. When someone presses the button Hello, the person concerned receives a notification from Facebook in which he is told that he has been greeted and of course that he can see the profile page of that person within the social network.

Facebook added this button to help people get in touch with each other more easily, but it seems that some people have started to complain about it. According to some of them, accidentally pressing the button brought them to the attention of unknown people, or ex-boyfriends/ex-girlfriends, so not everyone is really that excited about this new Facebook button.

Facebook – the new button with many controversies

Facebook hopes that people will get to know each other more easily thanks to this button Hello, but in reality it generates more problems. Of course, the accidental pressing of the button Hello on the Facebook profile page of a person you don't want them to know that you are following them will put you in an embarrassing situation, but if you see them you must be careful not to press them by mistake.

Facebook has not announced in any way the introduction of this new button for users, as it is currently being tested only in certain countries and only with certain users of the network. It is quite normal for Facebook to test functions in this way, and this is because major functions are initially tested on a small number of users before being extended to the 2 billion people who use the network.

"I was stalking my managers Facebook while I was at work and accidentally sent a "hello". The amount of times I've accidentally hit the hello button on Facebook is a joke, looking properly eager to people I'm not even friends with. Trying to add people on Facebook and hitting the say hello button noooooooo I am not waving at u, mortified."

Facebook is constantly testing new functions for the social network, and this is because it tries to offer us new functions all the time to convince us to use the platform more often. Facebook will most likely make an official announcement about this new button if it deems it to be officially released to everyone, so we'll know more when it's globally available.
