iPhone X. Face ID is not Secure for Mobile Payments

iPhone X had Face ID tricked and using only a mask, being declared unsafe for making mobile payments by Apple customers.

iPhone X does not have a sufficiently secure Face ID to allow mobile payments, according to a company specialized in cyber security called Bkav. She succeeded for the first time trick iPhone X's Face ID with a mask, and in the video clip below you can see their achievement again, the Taiwanese company saying that Apple needs to work on its facial recognition.

iPhone X does not have a biometric security system, through facial recognition, advanced enough to be used by users all over the world to make mobile payments with phones. Bkav does not recommend iPhone X customers to use Face ID to secure Apple Pay, version 2.0 of the mask used to trick Apple's system, proving again how vulnerable it is.

iPhone X was launched by the Apple company with the mention of the fact that Face ID can be misled by the twin brother of the owner of the phone, but also by children under the age of 13. Apple said that it tested Face ID in the iPhone X with masks created by Hollywood experts and it would not have succeeded in fooling the system, but the reality seems to be completely and completely different, as you can see.

iPhone X. Face ID is not secure for mobile payments

iPhone X had Face ID fooled a second time by a mask for the creation of which was paid 200 dollars, it being made of stone dust, 2D images and artificial eyes glued into it. The result is a mask that Face ID recognized as the face of the owner of the iPhone X, and thus the Apple company has once again demonstrated the great vulnerability of the facial recognition system.

"About 2 weeks ago, we recommended that only very important people such as national leaders, large corporation leaders, billionaires, etc. should be cautious when using Face ID. However, with this research result, we have to raise the severity level to every casual users: Face ID is not secure enough to be used in business transactions."

iPhone X, unfortunately, turns out not to have a Face ID that is 20 times more secure than Touch ID, and that's because it only takes a picture to create such a complex gesture. Photos can be taken from anywhere on the Internet, Facebook being the simplest location, while a fingerprint must be taken from the hand, or an object used by the owner, so Face ID from iPhone X is no longer secure.

iPhone X is highly praised by Apple for Face ID and this function is presented as the best biometric security ever implemented in a smartphone. The reality is that we will only see in a few years how good the whole system is, because until now the iPhone X had Face ID fooled by Bkav 2 times, and that separately from the brothers who forced the system to recognize them even though they are not twins and it doesn't look very good.
