LG V40 ThinQ is the future premium smartphone that the Korean company LG will launch on global markets, and today we see the first images with the new design of the smartphone, confirming the fact that it will copy iPhone X, but also the products Huawei. To begin with, the LG V40 ThinQ is going to copy the cutout of the iPhone X, as so many Android phone manufacturers have done, but it seems that a 3D front camera will be integrated in this new phone model.
The LG V40 ThinQ should also offer an advanced 3D facial recognition system, or at least that should be the logic behind the integration of a dual camera, otherwise there is no serious reason for its existence. It is not known what software solution LG intends to use for this LG V40 ThinQ in terms of facial recognition, but it is assumed that it is something of its own, since Android does not have an integrated Face ID as good as the one in the iPhone X.
LG V40 ThinQ will COPY iPhone X and Huawei
LG V40 ThinQ is also going to have a triple camera integrated by the Korean company, it being very similar to the one offered by Huawei, but there are chances to have better quality for pictures and videos. The triple camera that will be offered in the LG V40 ThinQ will be positioned vertically in the case, the LG company preparing a configuration very similar to the one that Huawei offers for its phones at the moment.
The LG V40 ThinQ is being prepared by LG for release sometime in November, and it will feature a P-OLED screen, Android 9, and a Qualcomm 845 chip, which at the moment is a bit outdated. It is not yet known how much the LG V40 ThinQ will cost when it is launched, but there are quite good chances that the selling price will not be as high as some of those who are interested in buying the new phone expect.
