5 of the most interesting smartphones of the moment were compared by those from Phonearena and in the images of this article you have the results presented by them. iPhone 4S, HTC One X, Galaxy S II, Galaxy Nexus and LG Optimus LTE are the 5 smartphones compared and the Apple terminal has the smallest screen, as you can see in the images below. Most terminals have 720p resolution and over 300ppi, so Apple has lost the advantage of Retina Display. In the tests done for the terminals, it was discovered that the iPhone 4S and HTC One X have the best screens, the HTC terminal having the best results, and this is because we are talking about an IPS Super LCD2 screen.
The screen of the iPhone 4S terminal turns 2 years old this summer and still performs extremely well in almost all tests, but I think it would be time for Apple to switch to a newer technology and maybe a bigger screen considering that it would need something like that. The good part is that HTC has produced a very good terminal that will undoubtedly compete with the 4S and I hope that Apple will learn something from here and improve the future iPhone terminal to make it better than the rest of the terminals produced by the competition.
