Spotify OFFICIALLY Confirms the Launch in Romania

Spotify officially confirms the launch in Romania by creating the official pages where it will provide information for customers who will buy its subscriptions. Those from Spotify now have a page where they list the payment options for subscriptions in Romania, but without having the prices presented, and this is because the service is not officially accessible, but it will be in the next period, probably from October 19.

Spotify also has a page with terms and conditions that briefly explains the conditions under which the Spotify Premium service can be used for free for 30 days before actually paying for it. If Apple Music offers us the opportunity to use the platform's services for free for 3 months before paying, Spotify will allow us to enjoy only one month of free premium service, but the free option with ads remains available.

Spotify will be offered in Romania in two versions, a free one that will have ads while listening to the music and a Premium one, which will basically be a monthly subscription. Both Spotify services will be offered in Romania, but the free one will have a limited set of options available to us, while the Premium service will offer everything the platform has, its entire music library being accessible in both services .

Spotify Confirms Launch in Romania

Spotify is the largest audio streaming service on the planet and is not offered in Romania, although Apple Music can be used in our country for more than a year. Spotify is unavailable in many European countries, and despite this, it has almost 2 times more subscribers than Apple Music, so the launch in Romania and several dozen other countries will increase the platform's user base even more.

Spotify does not yet have Romania listed in the list of countries for which it will offer the service, but it has a page created for registering on the platform and making the payment. This page did not exist the other day, nor did the one with the terms and conditions of free use for 30 days of the premium service, it also refers to another support page in Romanian, which for now has not been created by Spotify.

“This offer (“New 30-Day Free Trial Offer”), made by Spotify (as defined in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use), entitles you to access Spotify Premium Services (as defined in the Spotify Terms and Spotify terms of use) for a period of thirty (30) days from the moment you activate the trial period by submitting your payment details ("Free Trial Period")."

Spotify was already launched in Bulgaria, where it was not available until this week, so the availability in Romania seems to be imminent, maybe even earlier than October 19. From what it seems now, Spotify could be launched this week, or maybe next week, the Swedish company seems to have prepared everything to allow us to use its platform from our country as well.
