Last night the Apple company made a decision that I think everyone was expecting from now, Americans stopped signing the installation iOS 11.3 in iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The decision comes approximately two weeks after the iOS 11.3.1 was released publicly by the Apple company, the normal time period for changes of this kind.
iOS 11.3.1 is currently the only public version of iOS 11 that can be installed by users, any other version can only be installed by those with jailbreaks, or SHSHs. Unfortunately, starting today, it has become impossible to downgrade from iOS 11.3.1 to iOS 11.3, the Apple company definitively blocking the possibility of doing this procedure.

The even worse part is that the first information regarding the possible appearance of a 11.3 iOS jailbreak for iPhone and iPad, so Apple acts early to block it. Of course, it has not even been confirmed that a possible iOS 11.3 jailbreak could be released soon for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, but those from Apple are determined not to allow people to take advantage of it, if it appears.
I couldn't tell you how long it will take for an iOS 11.3 jailbreak to be released, but even iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak has been demonstrated, so anything is possible in the coming months. If you absolutely want to jailbreak for iOS 11.3, then I strongly recommend that you stay with this version of the operating system and not update to iOS 11.3.1.
