Huawei. Shortly after Germany stated that it did not find any evidence to confirm the accusations of espionage targeting the Chinese company, another European country is issuing a warning about it. More precisely, the agency that deals with the cyber security of state institutions stated that the use of Huawei, or ZTE, equipment for mobile phone networks can represent a risk for the country's national security.
Huawei. The Czech authorities discuss the fact that in China the law obliges local companies to provide the information agencies with any kind of access they require to the data from their servers, so they can see everything that happens in the international infrastructure. The agency in the Czech Republic has notified mobile phone operators and other companies that use Huawei equipment, regarding the danger posed by the use of Chinese products, so it is expected that they will disappear, or will no longer be used in the future.

Huawei. On the other hand, the Chinese deny the existence of a law that obliges them to introduce "access ports" in their software, but as the Czech authorities expressed, that is not what it is about. Even the Americans said that any Chinese company can be forced by the state to provide access to its systems directly, apparently without any court order, and this is where part of the security problems that Huawei is still accused of come from.
China's laws ... require private companies residing in China to cooperate with intelligence services, therefore introducing them into the key state systems might present a threat. The Czech government agency added that its warning notice was based on its findings and on those of allies.
Huawei. Despite all the denials made so far, only Germany said that it did not find any evidence that the Chinese products would represent a risk for the country's national security, being criticized by many security experts. The fact that Germany does not support the USA in this war against Huawei is a very serious sign that there could be untruth in this whole war, but I have a vague impression that the Germans will change their position at the beginning of 2019.
