DSU has issued a very serious warning message for the millions of Romanians all over the country, the government institution charging to help the Romanians to be safe in the next period, which should be a main concern for everyone.

DSU talks below about a series of guides that Romanians should have in mind, both for the heat wave and for first aid, the authorities sell the information available on their own website right now.

"‼️Caution‼️
Enter the National Emergency Preparedness Platform "BE prepared" and consult the guides under the heading "Extreme Weather Phenomena". Learn how to respond to, during, and after a storm, heavy rain, flood, or heat wave event.
At the same time, go to the FIRST AID guide and find out how you can react to the sight of a case, in order to save a person:
To avoid any life-threatening situation, we recommend that you:
Stay indoors or limit exposure to the sun, especially between 11am and 18pm. Travel is recommended in the early hours of the morning or in the evening, as much as possible through shaded areas, alternating travel with rest.
Drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters/day (not too cold). Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water! People who have epilepsy, suffer from heart, kidney or liver have restrictions on the use of liquids or have problems with retaining liquids, therefore they must consult a doctor before increasing their intake.
Limit the consumption of alcoholic beverages and coffee/caffeine (they lead to rapid dehydration).
Wear light, light-colored clothes that cover as much skin as possible. You can also use a sun cream (minimum protection 15)."
