As I have said 3 hours ago, iOS 4.0.2 was released in iTunes, Do NOT update yet, wait for news from me or from the Dev Team to be sure that this new version does not block your terminals.
UPDATED : For now we know for sure that it blocks the jailbreak solution from jailbreakme.com, this is the only update brought by this new version of iOS.
iOS 3.2.2 is available for the iPad, which also blocks the jailbreak solution from jailbreakme.com
UPDATE 2 : Here are the links where you can download iOS 4.0.2, with the mention that for iPad iOS has been updated to version 3.2.2 :

Update 3 : It seems that decoding has not been blocked for any device, but you cannot jailbreak on 4.0.2, so the fact that decoding is not blocked does not really help.
