Fast Blurred Notifications Center is a tweak designed by developer Ryan Petrich and its main functionality is to add a blur effect to the notification center in iOS 5. The blur effect basically means removing the wallpaper from the Notifications Center and focusing on messages and not on the notification center background. The effect is applied progressively as you pull down the notification center and the tweak is only useful for those who want to customize their iDevice.
