Cargus - a story of incompetence and insensitivity

cargo deliveryAbout two weeks ago I told you my first story bad experience with Cargusor Urgent Cargus, or however you want to call what is supposed to be a courier company, but in reality it shouldn't be called that.

Then I told you that a Cargus courier lied when he had to deliver a package to me, reporting that I would not have been at home to receive the delivery, although in reality he did not even bother to call me, and when I asked him why he lied, of course he continued to offer lies instead of the truth.

The story from that time is just the beginning of an unfortunate experience with this company called Cargus and I say this because today I am talking to you about a package that after 11 days of walking between the Cargus couriers and the central warehouse in Bucharest, not yet successful to be delivered to me also in Bucharest.

The parcel's journey began on November 23, when a company initiated its delivery to my friend, but its entry into the black hole called the Cargus courier company it could also be the end, because in 11 days no courier bothered to call us to tell us anything about its delivery.

As you can see in the image above, the package delivery was rescheduled 5 times without the sender or recipient asking for it and without any phone call from someone from Cargus to provide any information about the status of the package.

Trying to find the location of the package today, the Cargus telephone operator, Ana Ungureanu, he put me on the road for nothing after a courier who didn't have the package in the car, which was actually stationed in the main Cargus center on Soseaua Tunari in Bucharest.

Despite the complaints made to the Cargus support team, the delivery requirements ended up in the same black hole as the package, and operator Georgiana Voinea from the Cargus complaints department offered as much help as the AWB verification system, reciting apologies and empty promises.

My problem is not unique, not by a long shot, and I noticed this both on the Facebook page of Cargus and in the previous article or in a post published yesterday, the saddest comment being from a person who claims that a Cargus courier asked him for a tip to deliver a parcel.

Under these conditions, I sit and wonder why a normal person or a serious company would ever in this life call the company Urgent Cargus to deliver a parcel? I wholeheartedly recommend that you avoid Urgent Cargus for deliveries and even use the Romanian Post because I am convinced that even they would have made the delivery faster.

I hope that after a shameful end of the year, Urgent Cargus will start 2016 with a management team capable of eradicating incompetence and insensitivity.

Please accept our apologies regarding the delay with which the package intended for your wife, Mrs. xxxxxx xxxxxx, was delivered. Following the results of the internal investigation, corrective actions were ordered against all those involved in the delivery process of the respective package.

Even if we are going through a more crowded period, we assure you that we make every effort to be able to deliver each package on time, and that the impact of exceptional situations does not fall on our customers.

We hope you understand that we want as much as you, to eliminate any kind of inconvenience that may occur during any delivery. Please take into account the fact that we did not for a moment want to delay the delivery, and if we did so involuntarily, we hope that the measures applied will eliminate these delays in the future.
