Samsung GALAXY S11. The new smartphone model that the Korean company wants to bring to the market in the coming weeks will benefit from the latest IT innovations, and among them will be DDR5 RAM. It seems that both the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processors and the new Exynos 9830 chips will have support for DDR11 RAM modules in the Samsung GALAXY S5, which bring very high performance, but also better energy efficiency.

Both the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 and Exynos 9830 chips will be produced using 7nm manufacturing processes, and to complement their very good performance, there will also be support for DDR5 RAM. Those from Samsung produce their own RAM modules that they use in phones, although the integration of support for DDR5 in the Samsung GALAXY S11 should be something very simple, and I'm sure it is like that for Koreans.

Samsung GALAXY S11. Qualcomm engineers have confirmed that the future Snapdragon 865 processor will have integrated support for DDR5 RAM, they are currently testing these new chips. Of course, if this processor has integrated support, it is as clear as possible that the Exynos 9830 in the Samsung GALAXY S11 will also have it, and so all customers will be able to enjoy the newest and best technologies for their phones.
Snapdragon 865 is what Qualcomm employees call the next gen high-end SoC (SM8250). There are two variants: Kona + Huracan. Both with support for LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.0. One likely with, one without integrated 5G modem (SDX55) - I guess. Also no clue which is the one w / 5G in it.

Samsung GALAXY S11. This could be the first, or one of the first, phone models that have DDR5 RAM modules integrated by the manufacturer, but of course it is possible that other companies offer the technology before them. If the Samsung GALAXY S11 will really be launched with DDR5 RAM, then I'm sure it will generate very good sales, especially if everything will be offered before Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, and other companies can offer something like that.
