Telekom customers HAPPY Veste UNEXPECTED HELLO

Telekom has the clients targeted by an unexpectedly good news at the moment, even if we are still talking about a simple rumor, it comes as a possible unexpected sign that things will go very well for everyone. More precisely, yesterday's announcement according to which the owners of PRO TV want to buy Telekom All in all, it must be seen as a possible sign that the sale of the telecommunications operator would be much simpler than everyone thought.

Telekom could be sold as a whole package to several investment groups instead of being sold piecemeal to Orange and RCS & RDS, which would make life much simpler for many of the telecom operator's customers. Apart from that, the much faster sale of Telekom to a single buyer could be approved much faster, which could also allow for faster investments in 5G networks, and not only that.

Telekom customers can ENJOY some UNEXPECTED GOOD News

Telekom has not yet announced its plans regarding the possible launch of a 5G network in Romania, choosing for now only to criticize the inefficiency of those that have been launched so far by competing operators for customers. If Telekom were sold to a single buyer, it is very possible that the investments in 5G will be accelerated by the telecommunications group after the acquisition in order to catch up with the competition, which is taking a big lead.

Telekom could have the sale investigated by fewer authorities if it were decided to choose a buyer who would buy the entire company in Romania instead of two or three who would buy pieces of it, and they would also be from the telecom environment. Here is practically a big problem regarding the sale, and this is because the sale of Telekom to other competitors is something that must be analyzed very carefully by the European Commission, and this complicates things.

For now, Telekom has not announced anything regarding the third party interested in buying its assets in Romania, but it has discussed with the representatives of the German group, but also with the ambassadors of the countries where the parent companies are located.
