Raed Arafat revealed the fact that a new series of restrictions are being prepared to be imposed in Romania by the authorities, some of them could be imposed at the national level, while others could only be imposed at the local level in the problem localities, such as it would be Bucharest or Timisoara.
Raed Arafat says that it is possible to see a reduction in the hours during which travel can be done at night or on the weekend, the hours of shops may be reduced, but that is not all because other measures are being discussed by the tax authorities during next.
"Yes. At certain times and maybe to reduce non-essential activities, yes. We see countries that have these night quarantines, which start from 18 in France, from 21 in other countries, and here at 22. Yes, it is an important measure that can also reduce contact and mobility that lead to the spread of the virus.
These are discussions that I don't want to speculate on. Between total quarantine, i.e. entering the house, locking yourself up and not going out at all, I don't think that will happen, but there will be, perhaps, some measures in which certain activities will be reduced. To go to the city, to walk away from home after a certain time, maybe instead of 22 pm, it should be a certain time earlier.
