Raed Arafat: Warning Regarding the Non-compliance with the Protection Rules in the 4th Wave

Raed Arafat spoke in a televised show about the fact that in recent weeks Romanians have relaxed beyond the protection rules imposed to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus in Romania, pointing out that many of the regulations are no longer respected.

Raed Arafat brings into discussion the fact that Romanians no longer wear masks in closed spaces, either when moving or when shopping, which many people have noticed and complained about, but here everything depends on everyone and how much they want to protect themselves, or to protect those who are sick.

"In Romania, there is no widespread relaxation. There are some very clear rules, but the rules are not always respected. The mask is not removed. It is the most important protective measure in closed spaces, in means of transport, in trains, in buses, in coaches - it is mandatory.

We hear more and more people complaining that people don't wear masks when commuting. That's not relaxing, that's breaking the rules. Then we set some thresholds, which, if these thresholds are reached, start to roll back the measures, to the previous level."
