Raed Arafat says that they want to impose "permissions" for some so that there are no restrictions for everyone, which is logical and normal because vaccination offers protection, so in the absence of it, or of constant testing, which is expensive, some Romanians do not they will have access to certain activities.
"Before there were restrictions for everyone. Now maybe there will be permissions for some, so that we don't end up with restrictions for all. The unvaccinated person is not targeted. We try to maintain some activities without closing them. If the maintenance of some activities will be based on vaccination, testing, we apply public health measures to limit the spread. The new variant spreads very quickly, a contact of 2-3 minutes without a mask is enough to infect.
