NCQuickDismiss solves the problem of banner notifications

NCQuickDismiss is a new tweak released last night in Cydia for our iDevices, a tweak that solves a rather annoying problem with Notifications Center notifications. Apple has implemented in iOS 5 a new way to display notifications, a way called banners that displays notification messages at the top of the screen in the form of banners that cover everything found in that part of the screen. Unfortunately, those banners cannot be closed because there is no button to do so and many times they become really annoying.

"Dismiss Notification Center and banner alerts easily" - adds an easy-to-use close button

This is where NCQuickDismiss comes in, a tweak that adds a small close button to notification banners that is displayed on the right side of the screen. Pressing that button immediately closes the notification and you can use the buttons at the top of the iOS applications or settings menus. NCQuickDismiss is available for free in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
