The lie based on which Cargus did not deliver a package to me

Black Friday is a shopping phenomenon that gives couriers a lot of trouble, but for those from Cargo today I'm talking about insensitivity, the insensitivity of refusing to deliver a parcel citing a lie, and here of course the blame falls, most likely, on the courier.

In the image above you can see a package that was supposed to be delivered to me by Cargus during this day, an SMS notifying me that the said package is at the courier.

Although 18:45 came and went, no courier knocked on my door and the phone didn't ring with an unknown number, but the Suceava courier from Cargus mentioned very diligently that the recipient was not found at home.

Now I sit and wonder who from Cargus takes care of the lazy people who, instead of delivering parcels, mark false reasons instead of writing clearly that they could not deliver a parcel or that they did not want to do it.

I am sure that a person from the management of Cargus will read this article and I tell them that having such couriers in the fleet they should be ashamed to call themselves a courier company. I am curious tomorrow what reason will be given for not delivering the package.
