More precisely, in Hong Kong there is at least one store that has a fairly large stock of Galaxy Note 7 terminals that it sells at "special prices", about which nothing is known at the moment.
It is as clear as possible that these terminals are sold unofficially, without the consent of those from Samsung, but even so, the lives of some people are put in danger. The Galaxy Note 7 is proven to have problems with the battery, which can explode during charging, or just during normal use, so selling it is immoral.
Despite this, Hong Kong is a location where sellers only care about money and nothing else, so it is not surprising to see something like this. It is hard to say if the same thing happens in other areas of the world, but there are good chances that in China there are various stores that still sell this device.
