Samsung Galaxy S8 – this is the new design

The Samsung Galaxy S8 will have a new and much modified design, the front panel for the screen appearing in an image that shows us the big change.

Samsung Galaxy S8 it is partially revealed by an image in which we are shown the front panels for the two versions that the Samsung company wants to launch in April. You can see that we are talking about major changes made for the Samsung Galaxy S8, the screen going to completely dominate the front panel, as we were promised by so many rumors.

A lot of information that has appeared lately suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will have a screen that covers almost the entire front panel. From the image below, this is clearly visible, the sensors and the front camera for the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be crammed into the upper part of the front panel, as you can see.

The Home button disappears from the Samsung Galaxy S8, the terminal will have a virtual button that will take over the functionality of the physical one. Regarding fingerprint scanning, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will have either a fingerprint reader integrated into the screen or one mounted under the main camera, but for now it is not known for sure which way Samsung has chosen.

To be honest, the front panels match most of the information and concepts that have appeared so far for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and we are talking about a major change. If the Samsung Galaxy S8 will really look like this, then those who will buy it will have an extremely pleasant surprise from the Samsung company.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 will have 5.7-inch and 6.2-inch Super AMOLED screens, which are much larger than those used in the current Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Although the diagonal of the Samsung Galaxy S8 screens will be larger, the total dimensions will not be very different, the Samsung company compensating for the difference by reducing the edges of the front panel.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is to be initially presented in a private conference at Mobile World Congress 2017 in February. The official presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S8 will take place at the end of March, while the launch should be scheduled for the second half of April.
